After riding from Mountain Home to Fayetteville for the Bikes Blues, and BBQ rally, I discovered that my rear tire was worn out. The team at Heartland Honda is fantastic! The experience started out with Luke at the Heartland Honda booth at the BBB in Fayetteville. Luke started the process rolling for my wife and I and after he submitted our information, we took our 2012 Yamaha to the store in Springdale. When we arrived there, we met with Evan who inspected our bike and directed us to Tim. Tim began the process for us to buy the Goldwing and helped us through the application process. He has a great sense of humor and made the process fun. During the process of signing the papers with Kristal, who also kept the process fun and easy, Brett came in and informed us that the service manager, who I did not get the chance to meet or thank, determined that there was something that he thought was not right with the Goldwing we had selected and that they could not nor would not let us leave with a bike that they weren't 100% confident in. Brett found us another unit and he and Krystal fixed the paperwork to reflect the unit change. By the time we were finished, it was too late for them to top off the tank, so they told my wife and I to bring it back in the morning and they would top it off for us. On Saturday morning, we went back to the dealership and they topped off the fuel and introduced us to Joey, who helped us pick out new headsets that we were able to pay for with our $500 accessory gift card. Everyone there that we had interaction with was incredible. If anyone asked me where they should go to get a new motorcycle or off-road equipment or accessories, I am telling them to go to Heartland Honda. Thank you all so much!!
