I was recently in Des Plaines Honda to put a new front and back tire on my 3004 Honda Shadow VLX600. Everyone was polite as could be. Upon picking up the bike they have it a full point inspection. I was expecting to hear something was wrong seeing i just purchased it used. I was told everything is sound with the bike. I will only use Des Plaines Honda!!

My overall experience with sales, parts, and service has been outstanding. My only product criticisms have been with the fact that Honda only provides ONE remote fob with the bike whereas every other vehicle, that uses fobs, that I have purchased in the last 10 years always came with two just like they also provided two sets of keys. Also, no tool kit. I understand that the Goldwings sold in Canada have tool kits and spare fobs; what gives with that?

I went to Des Plaines Honda to look at the PCX150 scooter. Right away the atmosphere was very welcoming but not pushy. Doug went above and beyond helping me and showing me how the scooter worked and even negotiated the price a little to what worked best for me financially. When it came time to finalize everything it was super fast and painless!! Overall it was a very pleasant experience and Id definitely recommend DSPHonda to my friends.

Des Plaines Honda gave me a totally painless buying experience. Coming from Indiana, most of the work was done over the phone. They had prepped the bike for me before pickup and it was well detailed. I love my new bike and felt I got a great deal on it. The only issue I've had since purchase was a battery needing replacement. The bike was brand new but 4 years old and the battery was not up to the task. After replacing the battery, everything works fine. I am so glad I bought this bike from Des Plaines Honda!
