No matter if i am calling requesting something Specific or standing in the store. Nate is always on top of the service and i have always got exactly the right product...on the other side of the bldg in the repair dept they acted as if i was.interrupting them...i kindly excused myself and left. I will never take my bike there to be serviced.

I went to another dealership (Motor City Powersports) and was not satisfied with the work. They didn't repair my issue, though the price was low. I would rather pay to get the job done right than pay little to have the same issue after leaving service. Isn't that what service is about?

I'm satisfied with the service job that was done on my bike as far as the work itself goes. However, when I dropped it off I was told that it would be complete in three days; instead, it ended up taking three weeks. I wish I had been called to be kept apprised of the status, but instead I had to call, and whenever I did, the completion date was pushed back again.

Some of the fees that I was charged shipping fee and a destination fee sounds like the same thing to me I was charged about 1,200 more than the 2600 purchase price came up to about 3800 the fees seem kind of excessive I was part of a class action lawsuit against a Powersports company about the fees and the working of the deposit before but I buy my 1800 Goldwing this is a concern of mine besides that I had a good experience

Had a bad experience here. Took my bike in for a carb clean and they said it would be fix with in ten days. It took 3 weeks and they didn't order the parts for the bike like I told them too until week 3 then it took. I kept getting dick arpund by service advisors. So I went to get my bike and do it myself cause it was easy. And the did give me back my $300 deposit and I got the parts. They charge me 50% off the inspection fee but after 3 weeks of waiting it only made since. So what pissed me off was the red head guy mocking me for calling and checking up on my bike for three weeks when I said I was going to only take a week. Maybe your company can work on treating customers better and telling them lies. Don't bother contacting me unless red apologize. I'm never coming to rosenau again
