Was in from out of town and like to stop by and pick up a T-Shirt from diffrent dealers. Kristi was kind and very helpful in pointing out and even seeing what you had in the back. I ride a 2017 FXDB so the shirt is a collector item but love looking at all the dealerships i come across. Wish i could remember the gentalmans name that came up to me in sales but was very polite and did not get put because i was not looking for a new bike. Alwaynes nice to be from out of state and have a dealership that is open to help! Best to you and your dealership.

Let me start by saying that Tim was not part of my issue. Brent however is another thing. When I called and talked to Brent about having a new tire put on the front of my Tri-Glide I was wanting to make an appointment as suggested. Brent said not necessary,just show up at opening and we'll have you out of here in an hour,two at most. Not the story I got when I arrived just before opening and approached Tim and told him why I was there. Non the less Tim wrote up my ticket and got the process started. I waited in the waiting area for (3) hours before finally going to inquire about my bike. When Brent saw me he says Oh I was just about to get your ticket ready. After paying for my service Brent told me they had not yet washed it (AGAIN) and did I want to wait. Absolutely not,after three hours I was ready to go. This had happened every time I've had the bike serviced. I know the wash job is a courtesy, but don't promise it if your not going to actually do it and make some lame excuse every time you don't follow through. Happy with the service that was done but the follow through by the service writer (Brent) is sorely lacking.

I always ask for Aaron as he has always been a great help. He was off the day I needed a new intake air cleaner. I think it was Steve who helped me and it worked out good. The only issue I had is rockform phone mount the only one yall carry will not work for the 2017 flhxs.I had to go to another supplier for one that will go on the master cylinder bolt holes.

Purchased lots of goodies! Included were some transition goggles. Just wish they came with a protection bag and cleaning clothe. Every pair of glasses I buy from a Harley Shop, they are typically included.
