Bryan Moore took the initiative to take my bike for a ride after the 40,000 mile service and noticed a vibration which wound up being a worn out front motor mount. It was replaced and the bike now rides like new. I want to thank Bryan for his conscientious attitude towards servicing my bike.

After passing inspection, Bryan told me I was going to need a new front tire. That tire is less than 2 yrs old and less than 3000 miles. I told him I thought it was leaking air. I hadnt ridden in a few weeks. They said that was normal. I have ridden quite a bit in the past week, I checked air pressure this am. 30 lbs. that tire is leaking air. You installed it in October 16. I have custom wheels and Metzler is the only tire that fits. Not very happy.

During to owner/mechanic lack of concentration, I needed a last minute repair before leaving for Bar Harbor. Joe was quick to pre-order my parts so they would be hand for the last minute service Bryan scheduled less than 24 hrs before KSU. Kevin got my ride in and out and even spared some time to discuss the repairs and any last minute questions. I'm currently in Maine and my ride is purring without problems.
