Im not sure that we qualify as loyal customers, since we are from Alaska, but this experience was quite pleasant and efficient. Brought my 2018 yz450fx that i pirchased new there. Bike has about 7 hours and during the last ride started to make noise coming from the cluch/trans assembly. It was a new noise thay got louder as we headed back and even guys that im riding with heard it. Im riding with a friend that has a 17 yz450f and his does not make this noise and he has close to 20 hours on his machine. After being at the shop for a few days they got it in earlyer than exspected. They tell me this noise is normal. I have been riding for 18 years and raced for 6. I am an ASE master tech and not stupid. Only reason it was there was because its under warrentee. They tell me it just needs an oil change. So alright just finished break in. Sounds good. Still no change. Was not happy with the lack of what seemed like care to find the noise that is clearly not normal. Coustmer service was great other than the additude given to me by the gal in service. The gental man i delt with was exalent
