She did an awesome job of getting me financed, had a couple of hiccups with the approval process but was able to make some calls and get it straight. They even delivered my Sportster 1200 Custom yesterday when I told them I probably wouldn't be able to pick it up till the weekend. Very satisfied with my experience.

Garrett took the time to answer all of my questions. He never made me feel like I was imposing on him by asking the questions. I was trying to decide between three completely different models. I wasn't even sure that switching my main ride of choice to a Harley was the right decision for me, or whether switching from a 400 pound rocket to an 800 pound touring bike was something i could handle. I didn't make a decision that day. I came back a week or so later, and asked for Garrett, as he had been so helpful. After I made a decision as to which bike I wanted, I still had a few questions. Again, Garret gave me the information that I needed. He gave me his cell phone number so that we could communicate via text during regular business hours. He was helpful in getting me into the right bike. I am happy with my 2020 Street Glide Special and I am happy to have done business with Garrett.
