My bike was dropped off for a service so I knew it would take a little while. I called to check on my bike after almost a week and was told it should be done Friday or Saturday so I called back on Monday to see when I could come pick it up. They hadn't even started working on it and I was told that if I wanted to I could come pick it back up. Finally Wednesday I was called to let me know it was done but I couldn't pick it up until Saturday because I worked until 5 everyday which is on me . But again if you tell someone that something should be done on such day it would be nice for it to be done that day.

From the beginning till the end customer service was superior to anywhere else Ive been to. Adam was on it from the word go to get the bike I needed and fast plus even delivered the bike to my house. With in one day I purchased my first Harley Davidson and now am a owner of a street glide. Bonnie was such a pleasure to work with as well. Ive never felt so great about signing paperwork for financing before. This is the second motorcycle Ive purchased at Arkport and will probably be the only place I go for my Motorsport needs. Id like to say otherwise but heres my own view and others I know and have complete agreement on: over the past three decades we have bought motorcycles from Arkport. John and Rose and Jenny. Jenny is all about the sale. If you are not buying, she will ignore you mostly. The good customer service is all but gone. Not in service or clothing, but in sales unfortunately. It wasnt always this way. The business was much more personable and personal. Sales with a smile but thats gone before the ink dries. I say this as a warning and as a long time customer. After I traded an Indian in for a Harley, and when that Indian didnt sell, things changed. I became a bit of a pariah. Felt unwelcome actually. And not just myself but my friends. We all drove 1.5 hrs to buy from John Jameson. And he treated us as friends. Not a trace of indifference or sales pitch etc. Jenny however is a different person. All about the numbers. My advice, if entertained, will shed some objective light on the reason this questionnaire was sent out. A report card if you will. I sent them out also, as an Arbys franchisee. Only a fool would ignore the sincere and intelligent feedback. With eleven restaurants I rook the time to visit and look at the restaurants from the front of the counter-as a customer. I listened for attitude, sincerity, attention, appreciation etc. and thats why my sales increased year after year. When I retired it was because I lost interest and chose another path. As if I am happy and content then so will I convey that in my daily life via people and family and circumstances. My decision to buy and sell an Indian was based upon a reaction to a color of a truck my father own in the 1960s. No more and no less, after all.

Andy and Crew did a great job installing the Gold Tank Emblems on my Bike. They printed off a picture of the bike to get an idea the location on the tank and had me double check the placement before installing them. I really appreciated that. The only thing I was disappointed with, and this isn't anything against the service department or Arkport Harley Davidson, is not being able to buy the foam with the adhesive that mounts the emblem to the tank. I called Harley Corporate in PA to see if I could buy this secret stuff but wouldn't help me. I ended up buying the foam tape for a 100th anniversay emblem off of ebay. Took some time trimming it but was the correct thickness.
