I am in the process of trading my Freewheeler Flirt for a Tri-Glide Ultra. There have been some mechanical issues with the Ultra. Bret and Melissa have been super helpful from scheduling to working on the trike to trying to figure out what is going on and now to resolving those issues. So far so good. They have kept me up to date of ordering of parts and service and making sure I am informed and understand every step of the way. The store staff have been excellent too, and I have shopped and purchased there also. Looking forward to more. Glad to have an HD dealership in Roswell!

Ordered 2 oil filters, told on week for delivery. After one week told they would call as soon as it came in. Called to check again, told items were on back order til Sept 6th. I am only visiting Roswell, can't spend a month here waiting for a maybe. Already lost over a week. Champion could have cared less. Horrible service and attitude.

I purchased two motorcycles from champion during the past year. The sales dept was Very professional and a pleasure to work with. We have had some issues lately with the parts dept. we ordered a part for my sons bike. Nobody ever contacted us to let us know it arrived in the store and when it did the wrong part was ordered. We were told the correct part would be ordered and once again we were never contacted. My wife spoke with Jeff in the parts dept on June 17. He was unable to locate the part and told her someone would call is the following day. We were never contacted during the following 2 weeks. I made contact with delios in sales who made it right. I am frustrated with the parts dept and am considering going elsewhere for my sons new dirt bike.

My heartfelt thanks go out to this organization. It is evident by the overall response to my urgent situation that everyone working at Champion Motorsports Harley Davidson, from the top down, has the Get the Job Done attitude. On 9 June 2020, I was traveling thru Roswell from Washington State to Austin TX when, stopping for gas, I noticed that my rear tire had a serious tread separation and was missing a chunk of tire down to the belts underneath. I hobbled over to Champion and was immediately escorted thru the service bay to talk to Bret. He found that there was a replacement rear tire in stock in the back room. I must mention that I was riding a 16 year old BMW R1200 CLC. It is not the normal bike serviced at a HD dealer but Bret confirmed that he indeed had the correct tire in stock. His his Mrs who was also there got a IPhone charging cable from her car to charge up my phone which was almost dead. Before I could ask how long it would take to fit me in the schedule, Bret told me my bike was already on the stand having the rear tire removed. Long story short, Bret, Josh the tech, and everyone I met at the store went out of their way to make me comfortable. I was out the door in no time at all. The rest of my 5200 mile trip was safely made with a new tire on the back. I'm sorry to whoever the guy was who did not get his bike worked on while mine was fixed, but I thank the Trip Savers who dropped everything else and took care of a fellow MC Cross-country traveler in distress.
