I had my bike towed in three weeks ago today. During that time I received only one phone call from Zack or the shop. I was not informed of the back order on the part needed to fix my bike till I finally was transferred to the parts department at which point I spoke with Steven who had a shit attitude and told me I should be the one to call Javelina HD because they might have the part I need. This is the worst experience Ive ever had at any shop Ive had dealings with. Having worked at a Harley-Davidson shop myself, I strived to keep the customer updated and when instances like mine I would see if I could find part(s) needed to complete the job and then get with the customer and inform them of the situation and ask what they wanted to do. Apparently thats not the Gruene Harley-Davidson way. I guess they just prefer to let you figure it out on your own. Oh, and to top it all off the only reason why I knew my bike was done is because I received the survey email which was Wednesday 2 Sept then showed up the following Monday 7 Sept to pick it up and they hadnt even washed it yet which I completely understand is a courtesy. I dont know whats happened in their service department since the last time I was in there, but it down right sucks right now.

It was different than normal because your computer system was down, which caused your staff to change the way they conduct business. My parts guy was informative, helpful, and professional. He was able to work around the computer glitch and help me. Both girls who completed my purchase worked together, which made the process more efficient. They both maintained a smile during my purchase process. You are fortunate to have quality staff that is hard to find these days. Keep up the great work!

We stopped by Gruene Harley Davidson in early June. My wife and another couple from the American Eagle HOG Chapter in Corinth, Texas. I wanted a poker chip, but you were all sold out. One of the lady's in Motor Clothes took my name and number and said she would contact me when they came in. Frankly I thought that was really nice but never expected a call. Two days ago my cell rings and after giving a credit card number my poker chip arrived today. I am really impressed. The card in the envelope if from Haley McNabb so I am assuming that is who I spoke with back in June. Just wanted to say thank you again and look forward to stopping by your dealership next time we are in New Braunfels.

I was experiencing a low speed front end wobble on my 2019 Road Glide Ultra. Eddie and Zack were able to get me on the schedule whenever it was convenient for me. Paul made the repair and took the time along with Eddie to explain in detail what had to be done to correct the problem. These guys are super professional and personal. Ive been coming to GHD for many years and dont plan on going anywhere else! Always a pleasure doing business the GHD! Job well done guys!
