I had discussed a couple of options for the type motorcycle that I was interested in with Lisa for a couple of weeks. I finally made it to the showroom, and she had already taken the bike I was interested in off the showroom floor...just in case. She was very knowledgeable about the Royal Enfield line. I also talked to the shop guys, and asked for some accessories to be installed before I picked the bike up. They're even taking care of some cerekote work that I wanted done. The purchase process was relatively painless (there was some delay on the financial institute's end). I'm pleased with the bike and the service. It was certainly worth the 2-hour drive to get to the showroom!

Department was friendly and professional. Took my sportsman 450 in for all fluid change. Three different people at 3 different time told me 3 different things on what $280.00 service would include. Wanted all fluids changed, was told 280ish only 3 fluids got changed for 280. Will change fluids myself from now on.

i bought a polaris crew from you you have been servicing it i found out that your shop never changed the oil in the front differential i guess beacuse they cound not get to the filler plug i know this because i had to have the front end taken apart and saw the the plug has never been removed also the last time i had your shop do a pm they didnt grease the unit i called the service dept and the said oh bring it back and we will grease it REALLY im am done with polaris west

Part was ordered for repair on my atv. Was told it would be 3-5 bus. days for arrival. On the 6th bus. day I called to see if the part had come in and it had. The service advisor told me it would be installed the next Day(Friday) and coukd pickup in the late afternoon. No phone call Friday. Saturday afternoon I called to check status and was told it would be Monday afternoon. No phone call Monday. Tuesday I called back and was told it was ready yesterday afternoon. Communication is key with changes and delays. Overall satisfied and work that was done was good but A better job could have been done by being more proactive in notifying the customer of status on their machine.
