Kevin, as a General Manager, has a terrible attitude. I dropped off my bike to get a leak on the bottom checked, and locate the source of rattling on the right side of the bike. they couldn't fix a specific part of the pipe so I took it to Twisted Grip Cycles who does welding, and could fix the piece at little cost. Before leaving the dealership I loaded my bike onto a trailer and noticed some piece lodged into my rear tire which was not there when I dropped off the bike. I notified the woman at the service desk that day who I believe was Rachel, who then got a tech named keegan to inspect the tire along with her. After taking pictures of the bike, tire, and license plate. I left the dealership, and later called to see what could be done about fixing the tire. I spoke with Damian who stated I would need to talk to a manager about the possible options of resolution. Damian tried to locate the manager who was not immediately around, I asked if I could speak to the general manager if he was around, because I was trying to resolve this issue ASAP. I left a message for Kevin, who returned my call roughly a few days later. after explaining the situation to Kevin, he hit me with I don't even know why you're talking to me and not the service manger about this Kevin didn't seem to give even 1/8ths of a rats ass that my bike had picked up something while it was dropped off with his store. He went on to allege that the service employees stated to him that the bike didn't show up with something in the tire and didn't leave with anything in it, even though his employees witnessed it and had pictures of it in the parking lot with something stuck in the tire. After basically implying that I'm a liar, Kevin then suggested that I go halfway on the price of a tire and I assume install as well. I explained to him that I wasn't trying to go in halfway on the tire since the damaged happened after it was dropped off. But aside from that, the only reason this review gets a 5 star is because of Emma, she did her best to communicate with me and keep me updated on the bike, She is very personable and customer oriented. Damian was also very helpful and prompt in returning my calls or answering any questions. Since this experience I will not be bringing my bike back to this location ever again. Kevin you suck bro, I hope they hire better management in the near future, and more Emmas and Damians.

I just bought my third pair of boyfriend jeans at the Saturday denim sale. They are so comfortable to wear when I am passenger on the bike, and I like roll cuffs that allow me to adjust the length. The denim is soft and they feel like I've owned them forever.

I recently purchased a 2008 Electra Glide Classic and enjoyed the experience. As soon as I walked in the front door, I felt like a part of the Harley Davidson family. My hats off to Dino, you Sir, Are the man! Dino was very knowledgeable on the brand and provided good information. I simply told Dino what I was looking for and he got me on the right Harley touring bike for me. Ema and Gary are the BEST! I've been riding Harley's for 55 years, and am a mechanic with my own shop and do most of my own work. But when I do need work done, the crew at Richmond Harley is THE BEST! Over the 13 years I've been a customer, I've never had anything but SUPERB SERVICE from this shop and this crew. I had an ESP claim and needed a new rear tire on my FLTRSE3 - and that's one job I'd prefer NOT doing myself. The service, the way it was handled, the excellent communication - could not have been better. Amazed at Ema how much she knows for being such a young lady, and she handles everything with a touch of grace and care - not to mention her being pretty! She's the best. And while I'm commenting, I MUST put in Kudos for Bubba and Dave in Parts - I am a frequent customer there and their service is 5-star as well - as was William's when he worked in service. Coming to the shop is ALWAYS a pleasure because of the staff, and I and my riding friends often come by just to see our friends there. Keep up the great work! I have to give a shout out to Emma in the service Dept. She has been amazing on trying to get my wife's bike fixed since all the systems have been down. I had a bad experience a few years ago with the attitude of the place. Since then I have seen a lot of changes and the new people in there are more caring and friendly. I enjoy walking in the door and actually have people say how's it going, can I help you or how's it going today. It does make a difference. purchased a road king, they said if you ever need help getting out from under it, give us a call, we will always be here for you. nothing could be further from the truth. reached out a half dozen times trying to sell it back to them because i lost my job and couldn't afford it, but they disappeared off the face of the earth. i was trying to let it go for a few thousand less than book value only to have them tell me to try and sell it to some other harley dealer up in fredericksburg. been making the payments for 3 years and haven't even put 500 miles. truly the last time i will give my business to this company.
