I do not recall the ladies name in motor clothes who assisted me, however she was very nice to deal with and helpful. One item I purchased was a birthday present for my sister (a ladies shirt) which she (my sister) really did like the style, color and design. Not an easy endeavor for a woman who has dozens and dozens or motor clothes. Zack - I have seen a continual improvement in all aspects of RVHD; your management is making a difference! Congrats and keep up the good job you are doing and the expectations of your staff. Lastly, while IN Cozair HD (Tim & Debbie's dealership in Decatur IL) over the past weekend I saw a new color called Hard Candy Hot Rod Red Flake - either I have my Street Glide color changed to this color or I may consider a new bike in this color - it is in my opinion expectional.

In addition to talking with Mike and Jeff, I ordered a replacement Road Glide name emblem for the windshield trim. Some Big Dummy, who remains unnamed, replaced the well nuts for the wind screen and neglected to reinstall the trim screws correctly resulting in a loss of the emblem. I want to say the Parts Pro who helped me with the reorder was Dillon??? He was very helpful and cordially professional, thereby making me feel Right at Home.

Came in for state inspection, after having the bike serviced, in May of 2019 and spending a large amount of money on the front end replacing tire wheel barrings, something in the Shift linkage, front brakes replaced, saddle bag but recall and getting the oil changed upgraded to syn-3. All in all I was happy then. Come August I arrived for state inspection to have a bomb dropped that my rear tire is now in need of replacement another unplanned expenditure especially after spending all that money in May! I asked if the rear end was even inspected in May and it wasnt. If a customer has a state inspection ready to go up in the next month or two why not actually check their bike for everything instead of leaving it fester until they bring it in. Im not the most experienced rider yet but Im learning I have to keep a better eye on what is actually going to be done and looked at when I pick the bike up so this doesnt happen again. I will remain loyal to RVHD because thats how I am but it sucks having to do this process over and over. Please know Im not looking for special treatment just trying to improve the process as a loyal customer hoping to build a lifelong dealer relationship.
