Its easy to buy virtually anything via the internet, even easier to look for comments and reviews of various products, but the downside is that everyone and his brother is on there and you often get opinions from people who have no idea what they're talking about. Unfortunately, Colorrite--who has the exclusive deal with Yamaha for OEM paints--is one of those underhanded companys that takes full advantage of the anonymity that a mail order business allows them. When I came into motoplex last, I was red faced with frustration at not having a viable option for dealing with such crooks. I still feel that Yamaha corporate should be ashamed at having hacks like Colorrite in charge of such an intergral part of their business, but Ben spent a lot of time with me going over work around options and made me realise that I wasn't the only one with such a problem. Thanks for your expertise and patience!

Made the trip to Lynwood to pick up oil, crush washer, and filter for my BMW in order to keep the warranty up to date. Oil filter was incorrect. Could have had the correct filter delivered to my home, but wanted to support the dealer I bought my motorcycle from. Disappointed I couldn't ride this weekend.

While in the Seattle area for some work related business I rode up to check this dealership out. It is a pretty impressive place for sure. I wanted to buy an Indian related item in a display case and the young guy at the parts counter could not find the key to the case. Then once he retrieved the item he put it along with another item into their system then said to got to the cashier up front to pay. I walk over to where the cashier is and she is busy with the copy machine and so I stand there. She doesn't even acknowledge my presence. Finally clear my throat and she looks at me and goes back to the copy machine without saying one word. There are two young guys at the one side of the counter filling out some forms so I stand on the side nearest the front door. They leave and she says I must move around to the side where they were to complete my purchase. Why not just let me stand where I was since it was right next to her computer? Then she is unable to find my items in their sales system and has to go over and find the guy who entered the info. Appears he did not complete the transaction as required. All in all not a way to treat a paying customer and waaay to long to get the items I wanted to buy.
