Understanding covid put a hold on a lot of shipping but the staff was helpful at first until I wanted to know where my parts were. I probably waiting a month and a half for my parts and I never got a straight answer for anything. Every time Id call to see where my parts were I waited at least 10 minutes to get an answer. I was friendly and patient but I called every 2 weeks or so as I was anxious to get my quad going. When they did arrived I waited about 30 to 45 minutes for someone to find me my parts. And the lady was very rude about having to find them. I understand if someone is having a bad day but I really wasnt having it after dealing with it over the phone. Any parts I need to order I order from western Washington dealers and have them shipped. Saved me in the long run and having to deal with people who hates their jobs

Absolutely love my new gtx 230 but I was pressured with false advice on buying the maintaince plan and extended warranty. When I tried to get my 10 hr breaki in service scheduled I was told it would be a month wait, then I was told I could take it to another seadoo shop and ride now would arrange payment. I took it to experience powersports and they said ride now never paid them from another customer earlier and that I would have to pay. It was Chris from service that said it would be taken care of. He also called me two weeks ago and said he was getting a check ready to reimburse me. Nothing yet. I have requested a refund on the 2 year extended warranty and filed a request with your sales guy. Haven't heard nothing from my bank about that and I wonder if sales guy even submitted it. I also ask for a refund for the priority maintaince plan but was refused. I will hold off going to the BBB for 30 days or until you can get back to me. My number is 509 870 8216. Or we can email .
