On my way to a special birthday surprise for my wife we had a flat tire on I 29 just north of the Thurman exit. We called Loess Hills Harley-Davidson. In fact, 235 of them! I was able to locate a Harley CVO TriGlide at Loess Hills Harley Davidson and gave them a call. Amanda was positive and cheerful, and intent on helping me get connected to Gary Chance. Gary and I hammered out the details which included a 235 mile delivery of our 2020 CVO. It was a little bit of an act of faith, but I felt pretty secure considering all of the hard work and support many of the Loess Hills Harley Davidson staff offered me throughout the process. I am grieving the end of my two wheel days, but that means that someone will be the next owner of an awesome Road Glide thanks to the grand folks at Loess Hills Harley Davidson.

I literally rode from the Rockies to the Hills in search of upgrading my ride. I can tell you the respect and customer service experience from these folks is and was like none other. Ryan and Glen working out the deal, to Casey making everything work for service and putting on the extras to Justin with finance. Other dealerships could take some pointers from these guys. I travel around a great deal. This dealership having numerous items on hand as well as sizes with their motor clothes. We had been having issues with our bike on our trip. Called Crane while on the road and he told us to bring it back to Loess Hills. We were arriving shortly before closing time and called Crane, he said to bring it in and if we were a few minutes out he would wait around. Got there on time but he stuck around to get it in and go over what issues we were having. Guaranteed they would get right on it this week. He's always a phone call away for any questions!

Just got back from taking in the delicious pork sandwich, cole slaw, tasty brussel sprouts, and Mountain Dew at Loess Hills Christmas in July event. Saw a young man burn out his rear tire on a brand new orange Harley. Blue smoke everywhere. I guess my feeble mind will never quite understand that sport(?), but it is an attention getter. Got to visit a bit with the old clan-- Dan, Ryan, Jeff, all in place and getting with the event. Lots and lots of bikes, trikes and food. Better hurry on over there before they run out! Thanks to Loess Hills management and River City Grills for doing the food and making it all happen.

My wife and I bought a new 2019 Trike from Loess Hills Harley. I wanted to share with all of you this was the best experience I could ask for.. Great staff, friendly in every department and our Sales person aka Amanda is truly the best.. This lady made us feel so very comfortable and truly earned our trust to buy our bike, apparel, service, and after market toys!!
